Our Fee Structure
As a registered private practice, we work with many health insurance providers. Most policies cover at least part of our assessment and therapy fees — we recommend checking your policy before booking.
If you have workplace health cover, we can invoice your employer directly. We are also happy to tailor invoices to meet your insurer's requirements.

Working with Your Insurer
We are a registered private practice and work with a range of health insurance providers. We recommend checking your policy before booking to understand your level of cover.
Private Health Insurance
Most policies cover at least part of our assessment and therapy fees. Check your policy or contact your insurer to confirm cover before your appointment.
Workplace Cover
If you have health cover through your employer, we are happy to invoice your company directly and tailor the invoice to meet their requirements.
Receipts & Reimbursement
A receipt is issued immediately upon payment and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Terms
All bookings are paid at the time of reservation. Please review our cancellation policy before booking to avoid unexpected charges.
Payment at Booking
All appointments are paid in full at the time of reservation. Receipts are issued immediately for insurance purposes.
