Dr. Anastasova-Mikic is a dedicated and passionate consultant psychiatrist whose journey has been shaped by a wealth of professional expertise and deeply personal experiences. With a background as a former general practitioner, she brings a holistic, person-centred approach to mental health care.

We believe in being upfront about fees so you can make informed decisions without surprises.

As a registered private practice, we work with many health insurance providers. Most policies cover at least part of our assessment and therapy fees — we recommend checking your policy before booking.

If you have workplace health cover, we can invoice your employer directly. We are also happy to tailor invoices to meet your insurer's requirements.

Common Questions

Dr. Anastasova-Mikic is a consultant psychiatrist with a broad interest in mental health. Her specialty is general adult psychiatry, with a subspecialty in rehabilitation and social psychiatry, and special interests in neurodevelopmental disorders and forensic psychiatry. She has many years of experience working with diverse individuals and is very happy to support people with a wide range of difficulties, using a trauma-informed, holistic, person-centred approach.

You can be referred by your GP — which is ideal — but not having a GP referral will not be a barrier to accessing care. You can contact us directly.

We are registered private providers. Please check directly with your insurance company to confirm your coverage. If you have coverage through your workplace, we are happy to invoice your company directly and can tailor the invoice to suit your specific needs, making the process as smooth as possible.

Beyond assessments, we offer ADHD coaching, EMDR therapy, trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, comprehensive psychiatric services, clinical psychology, parent support groups, ADHD educational groups, BALINT groups, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Our multidisciplinary team provides integrated, whole-person support.

Email enquiries to clinicians are chargeable unless previously agreed. A brief email is €50 and a detailed or elaborate email is €100. Queries specifically related to medication side effects are always free of charge. If you are unsure, please ask before sending.
