General
Dr. Anastasova-Mikic is a consultant psychiatrist with a broad interest in mental health. Her specialty is general adult psychiatry, with a subspecialty in rehabilitation and social psychiatry, and special interests in neurodevelopmental disorders. She has many years of experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties, using a trauma-informed, holistic, person-centred approach.
A GP referral is ideal but not a barrier to accessing care. You can contact us directly through our website, by email or WhatsApp, and we'll guide you through the process from there.
We offer both in-person and secure online video appointments, depending on the service and what works best for you. Let us know your preference when booking and we'll arrange the most suitable format.
A neuroaffirmative approach recognises neurodivergence as a natural variation in how minds work, rather than something to be "fixed." Our focus is on understanding, accommodation and building on strengths, so you can navigate life authentically and with the right support.
Assessments
Assessments are thorough and unhurried. They typically involve a detailed clinical interview about your developmental history and current experiences, validated questionnaires, and where helpful, information from people who know you. You'll be guided through each step and have space to ask questions throughout.
It helps to gather any previous reports, school records or relevant documents and share them in advance — you can upload them when booking or email them to admin@audhdmind.com. There's no need to over-prepare; just come as you are.
Yes. Following an assessment you'll receive a comprehensive written report outlining the findings, the formulation and personalised recommendations for support and next steps.
Yes. We offer autism assessment for children and ADHD/autism (AUDHD) assessment for adults. Each pathway is tailored to the individual, and our multidisciplinary team supports the wider family where appropriate.
Booking, Fees & Insurance
Choose your service, date and time on our Contact page, share any documents, and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you're unsure which service to book, message us on WhatsApp or email admin@audhdmind.com first.
We are registered private providers. Please check directly with your insurer to confirm your coverage. If you have coverage through your workplace, we're happy to invoice your company directly and tailor the invoice to suit your needs.
Bookings are paid at the time of reservation and a receipt is issued immediately for insurance purposes. Please review our Cancellation Policy, which applies to all bookings.
Email enquiries to clinicians are chargeable unless previously agreed: a brief email is €50 and a detailed email is €100. Queries specifically about medication side effects are always free of charge. If you're unsure, please ask before sending.
Therapy, Supervision & Medication
Beyond assessments we offer EMDR therapy, EMDR supervision, trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, comprehensive psychiatric services, clinical psychology, ADHD educational groups, Balint reflective practice groups and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
Where clinically appropriate, our consultant psychiatrist can discuss, prescribe and review ADHD medication as part of a holistic plan. You can read our medication information leaflets, and questions about side effects are always free of charge.
These are for clinicians. EMDR supervision is led by an accredited EMDR consultant supervisor, and our Balint reflective practice group is led by two accredited Balint consultant leaders — a safe, structured space to reflect on and develop your professional practice.
